Job description

We need a project management extraordinaire that streamlines the communications and handles the needs of our clients and the creative team, which involves managing resources, timelines, initiatives, documentation and reporting. This means someone who builds and sustains relationships that lead to productive collaboration with clients and also across our internal teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and with effective time management across teams and with clients.
  • Monitor project progress, analyze findings and report relevant insights.
  • Help assess concept briefs with a special attention for details.
  • Manage communications channels by working closely with internal teams and clients in keeping with internal processes and established expectations.
  • Continually working to improve processes and workflows for simple yet more enriching client experiences.
  • Simplify, clarify and organize client briefs to smoothen workflows and set up realistic timelines that enable our creative teams to execute orders effectively.
  • Work together with your team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise. Be willing to find solutions in unpredictable situations.
  • Check all completed work to ensure that they match clients’ orders and recommend revisions when necessary.
  • Remain proactively customer-centric through negotiation to manage expectations.
  • Passionate about testing new processes and workflows to ensure the user experience for our customers remains streamlined and simple.

Qualifications &
Skill Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management / Account Management in creative design or relevant creative fields.
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures, systems and dynamics.
  • A friendly, positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or any relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of creative design software e.g. Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Blender etc.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus!
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
