Job description

We are looking for a savvy Digital Marketing Strategist to drive innovation for the team by identifying, planning and seizing new marketing growth opportunities. The goal: connect our brand with audiences and create data-driven insights to continually improve our marketing performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee Bugworks' digital channels across all social media platforms and our website i.e. ideate, develop content, handle inquiries, manage analytics and audience listening etc.
  • Discover and integrate trends in the creative design industry to keep Bugworks on the cutting edge.
  • Optimize content for search and user experience across all channels, working with our creative teams to ensure high visibility and a consistent brand voice.
  • Develop, run, measure and report monthly performance of digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, leads and conversions.
  • Create interesting and engaging posts and messages across various social media platforms.
  • Respond to social media inquiries about our company as well as our products and service in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
  • Develop comprehensive analytics of our digital marketing channels and create actionable insights from customers' online behaviors and psychographics.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape of the creative design industry and identify strategic opportunities that help with Bugworks' vision of growth.

Qualifications &
Skill Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or any related field.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Multimedia, Business or any other relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) e.g. WordPress, Wix, Shopify etc.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools e.g. Hootsuite, HubSpot, Later etc.
  • Basic understanding of creative design software e.g. Adobe Illustrator, After Effects etc.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus!
  • Ability to provide copywriting input would be a plus!
  • Creative, digitally savvy and curious about various social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
